Having led multiple healthcare organizations and having been family caregiver to her mother, husband, then father, Jennifer O'Brien can tell you that the similarities between leadership and family caregiver are many and that family caregiver is, in fact, the greater of the two positions. Let's explore the mission and vision, strategy, planning, people management, data analysis, facilities management, and self-management that is the leadership of family caregiving in this conversation about her new book, Care Boss.
